Try to really leave
Not just switching search engines. Really leaving. You'll then discover something interesting: some of the limitations you encounter aren't technical. They're deliberate.
Your banking app refusing to work on a phone without Google services. Your future European digital ID card, inaccessible if you're not in the Google ecosystem. Public services, digital wallets, everyday apps — all conditional on Google having approved your device.
